There are lots of ways to test the speed of the Internet, but Google provides you a unique way to test your Internet speed through the Google homepage.
To know how fast your internet connection is, you have to make sure of two basic things:
Confirm Internet connection
Before you can check your Internet speed, you need to make sure that you are already connected to the Internet, and make sure that your connection is safe.
Perform a speed test
Go to the Google homepage, simply search the speed test by typing Google's own speed test in the search box, and then choose Google Fiber Speed Test. Then you can test the speed of your Internet connection by pressing the speed measurement icon.
This service may not be available in all regions.
