Many users of smartphones do not know the difference between Wi-Fi connection and normal calls, and you can say that regular calls use cellular and telecommunications services while Wi-Fi uses only the network you are connected to. If you are in a remote location and there is no signal you can make calls using Wi-Fi and you will also be able to send SMS messages through the network if the feature is enabled.
Before you apply all the steps that will be displayed to you, you must be sure that your phone is connected to a certain network. And then apply the following steps:
1. Open the phone settings and press Connections.
2. Click Wifi calling.
3 - You will find that the service is not activated, you activate it.
4. After that, you will receive a confirmation notice to send the location information. Click OK to continue.
5. Now the Wi-Fi connection is enabled on your device and you can connect to the last option or to the telephone network.
After these steps you can receive and send calls via the network, whether voice or video.
Important Note: Not all devices have this feature so make sure your phone has the feature to take advantage of.
